By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

EyeFlow is a screen wellness timer application that helps users take regular eye breaks using the 20/20/20 rule, Pomodoro technique, blink reminders, and guided exercises. The App is designed as a wellness tool and is not a medical device.

Medical Disclaimer

EyeFlow is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The App provides general wellness reminders and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your eye health, consult an ophthalmologist or optometrist.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

EyeFlow offers core features for free, including the Pomodoro timer, 20/20/20 eye breaks, blink reminders, daily statistics, and streak tracking.

EyeFlow Premium

Additional features are available through a paid subscription ("EyeFlow Premium"):

• Weekly and monthly progress charts
• Unlimited grace days for streak protection
• Premium achievements
• Smart break reminders
• Priority support

Pricing and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple per their App Store refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by EyeFlow and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

User-Generated Content

Exercises and settings you create within the App are stored locally on your device. You retain ownership of any content you create.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any eye strain, discomfort, or health issues that may occur during or after use of the App

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
