EyeFlow ("we", "our", or "us") operates the EyeFlow mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
Analytics Data
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the App. This includes:
- App usage patterns (screens viewed, features used)
- Device type and OS version
- App version
- Crash and error reports (via Sentry)
This data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Subscription Data
If you subscribe to EyeFlow Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status through RevenueCat, our subscription management service.
Data Stored on Your Device
All your personal data — including timer sessions, streaks, achievements, settings, and exercise logs — is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage (MMKV). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Contacts or address book
- Photos, camera, or microphone data
- Health or fitness data from HealthKit
- Browsing history
- Advertising identifiers

Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted. Local device data persists until you delete the App or clear its data.
Children's Privacy
EyeFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your Rights
You can:
- Delete all local data by uninstalling the App
- Opt out of analytics by disabling analytics in the App settings
- Cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
